Our Materials
Wisewool
New Zealand sheep are renowned for having the whitest, strongest and cleanest wool due to a combination of climate, care and expert farming practices. Wisewool engineer their Tairawhiti Gisborne farmed strong wool into resilient 'Clouds' which deliver a comfortable, supportive and shapeable fill - with a long lifespan.Most importantly, as one of nature's most renewable resources it's nice to know that wool is better for our planet too vs synthetic fibres and feathers.
japara cotton
Japara cotton fabric is a natural product which is made of quality cotton infused with a natural wax. It is then finely woven into a very durable cloth with a thick texture plus a silky feel and look. It is also found to be less susceptible to liquids and other staining elements. The tightly woven construction of Japara cotton fabric provides a luxurious feel, hypoallergenic and moisture-wicking properties.

I particularly like my new pillow because I can easily adjust it to fit my needs. I like a fairly flat pillow and can easily achieve this which I haven't been able to do with other pillows. I have tried memory foam and other varieties all but this is by far the best. Now that I have got it "just right" it is so very comfortable. I would not hesitate to buy another one.

I love the superb quality of my new Kind Face pillow. The quilted cover is soft, of great quality cotton. I like that I can remove filling and then add back on if I want to, and the little lavender bag I can pop in inside. I feel great that I am enjoying something that has been created in NZ, using NZ wool.
When my pillow first arrived I thought I'd want to remove some of the fill (nice to know you can) but I gave it a whirl and I love it! I was getting shoulder / arm pain but turns out a decent pillow was what I needed as that's now gone. Hubby loves his too :)
I've had Premium Wisewool pillow for just over a week now - my first night I slept with it as it came. I thought it was a little big for me so I have been slowing removing a small handful each morning until I hit my Goldilocks moment.
