These terms and conditions (terms) apply to the use of the www.kindface.co.nz website and each of its sub-domains (Website) owned by Urenz Limited, together referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”. We may change these terms at any time by posting changes on the Website. You will be bound by any such modifications or revisions from the time that they are made. Please read these terms carefully before you start using the Website. By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound to these terms. If you don’t accept them, you should not use the Website.

Returns & Refunds Policy
The Kind Team do believe in the saying “The customer is always right” and if you are not satisfied with your Kind Face™ please email email@example.com and share your concerns. We will not hesitate to refund your purchase if the product has been damaged in transit or passed through our Quality Check process and you discover it shouldn’t have.
In saying this, in regards to the Kind Face masks specifically we are unable to accept returns, for Health & Safety reasons.
Kind Face™ is a consumer product and not Certified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We are not claiming use as a medical device.
