Wisewool 'Blanketing'
Wisewool source the purest strong wool from farms in the Gisborne region.
The raw wool is then washed to remove dirt, grease, and other impurities. We only allow natural detergents and a natural deodoriser during the cleaning process – so no impurities or harsh chemicals are introduced to the wool.
Cleaned wool is then needle-punched to mechanically interlock the natural wool fibres. This provides superior springiness, stops the wool from clumping, and eliminates 'cold spots' - ultimately delivering a longer lifespan than regular wool products.
