Made by us
Designed and lovingly crafted in our Auckland workroom where people and planet come before profit
Sustainable
Both linen and flaxseed are renewable and naturally biodegradable, making this environmentally responsible
Stop the draughts
No more chilly breezes coming in under the doors! Can also work in summer to keep the heat out.
Invite nature into your home, in a draught stopper
We're in awe of nature's power to revitalise - through textures, scents, and natural therapeutic properties.
It makes sense to us that nature features in as many items in our homes as possible - like the humble but purposeful draught stopper
Why Choose The Linen Draught Stopper?
Looks good, feels good
We experience our world through our senses and not only will our draught stoppers look good in your home (or workplace), they are tactile and feel so good to touch.
The things we feel with our hands can remind us of things we feel in our hearts, textures and feelings have a lot in common. As humans, we need, even crave, tangible, physical interactions with things around us. The natural texture of the door stops provides that connection, enabling a deeper sensory experience - which has to be positive for our wellbeing,
Texture also has this magic ability to let objects ‘speak’ to us. Our sense of touch is deeply rooted in memory, eliciting nostalgic sensations from childhood and other precious moments, thus triggering the emotions we felt in the past.
A healthier home
Draught proofing stops warm air from escaping your home in winter and hot air from entering in summer, saving you money and making your home more comfortable.
They can also help to reduce noise pollution from outside your home by acting as an extra barrier between your home and the outdoors, blocking out noise from traffic and other sources.
A kinder way of doing business
Our mission is to craft premium pillows, eye masks, duvets, and other essentials that help people sleep and live better.
Alongside this, we are committed to treating our makers, suppliers, community, and environment with kindness and respect. Everything we do is shaped by our dedication to these values.

Our Materials
Stonewashed Linen
Stonewashed linen is a luxurious and versatile textile known for its exceptional softness and unique texture. Its remarkable breathability and moisture-wicking properties ensure comfort in various climates, while its durability guarantees long-lasting use.
Our Turkish stonewashed linen has been awarded the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certificate - this means it is completely free from harmful chemicals and safe for human use. To attain Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, the fabric has been tested and certified to be free from harmful levels of more than 100 substances known to be harmful to human health.
NZ Grown Flaxseed
These small, smooth seeds are grown in the Canterbury region and offer a unique blend of tactile comfort and gentle pressure. Their pliable nature conforms seamlessly to the contours of your face, providing a soothing and therapeutic sensation.
You might know the seed as 'Linseed' - Flaxseed and Linseed are the exact same thing. Confusion around these two names stems from the two big English-speaking countries. In the UK, they alternate between linseed and flaxseed, while in the United States and Canada, both are referred to as flaxseed. We choose to call them flaxseed.
Dried Lavender Flowers
Use of lavender dates back centuries as a natural remedy for promoting restful nights and reducing sleep-related woes. Our carefully crafted range harnesses the calming essence of lavender to promote relaxation, helping you drift into a peaceful night's sleep while alleviating stress and anxiety.
We try to source 100% of our dried lavender flowers from NZ growers but have to supplement this with imported lavender sourced through a New Zealand natural ingredients specialist.
